As a result of the work led since end of 2004 by the China KEO Committee under Mr Li’s and Mr Wang’s authority, China has reached in early 2007 the top of the charts of the countries having sent the most messages to KEO. Today China is ahead of USA or India.

This result is due to the wide range of actions carried out and to the meticulous preparation of specific communication supports: i.e creating a Chinese KEO internet site dedicated to producing brochures setting out the project; or the many operations taking place on the grounds such as those developed in:

• schools and universities
• centres for seniors
• · involving charismatic people well-known by the general public
• · and publishing printed documents (see extracts from the last publication of KEO China)
